How I do oatmeal.
I usually prepare 1 to 2 servings of oats. Steel cut or other, not instant and save some for the following days.
For my bowl I use 1/2 a serving to 1 serving of the prepared oatmeal and I top it with,
- toasted nuts
- 1/2 a small banana
- a drizzle of molasses
- almond milk (alternative milk of choice)
This is my version of a healthy, flavorful, deliciously satisfying breakfast.
